Integration step guide

1. In SFTP To Go, you will need to work as administrator and create a user for your Opera Cloud integration. Then, open the Credentials tab to locate your connection details:
   • Hostname: Listed under “Host” (for example, your-subdomain.sftptogo.com)
   • Port: Standard SFTP port 22
   • Username: The user name created for OPERA Cloud integration
   • Authentication: Copy the password or download the SSH key pair if using key-based login
2. In SFTP To Go, create a folder for OPERA exports (for example /opera/reports) and assign least-privilege access to the OPERA user.
3. Contact Oracle Customer Support to add your SFTP To Go hostname to the OPERA Cloud allow-list before configuration.
4. In Oracle OPERA Cloud, go to Toolbox>System Setup>SFTP Configuration and click New.
   • Choose Context: Global to make the configuration available to all properties
   • Choose Context: Property to apply it to a single property
5. Complete the configuration fields:
   • SFTP Code: Create a unique identifier
   • Description: “SFTP To Go export connection”
   • Hostname: Paste the host from your SFTP To Go Credentials tab
   • Port Number: Enter 22
   • Auth Type: Select Password or Key
   • Username: Use the SFTP To Go username
   • Password or Key: Enter the password, or paste the private key if using SSH key authentication
   • Folder Name: Logical label such as “Opera Reports”
   • Folder Path: Exact path from SFTP To Go, for example /opera/reports
6. Click Save to store the configuration.
7. Return to SFTP Configuration, search for your new entry, open the Actions menu, and select Validate to test the connection.
8. Once validated, configure OPERA Cloud’s report delivery to use the new SFTP connection for automated exports.
9. Monitor successful transfers using SFTP To Go’s Activity tab or set up webhook notifications through the Settings>Webhooks section for real-time delivery status.
