How does it work?

Generate an SSH key pair: Produce an SSH key pair for secure communication between Workday and SFTP To Go.
Configure SFTP To Go: Log into the SFTP To Go dashboard, navigate to the 'Credentials' section, and add the generated public key.
Set up Workday EIB: In Workday, either create or configure an existing Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for outbound data to specify the data transfer settings.
Configure SFTP settings in EIB: Select 'Outbound' as the interface direction, choose the report or data source, set the delivery method to 'SFTP', and enter the SFTP To Go details (address, directory, user ID).
Select authentication method: In the delivery settings of your EIB, select 'SSH Authentication' and specify the SSH key pair created in the first step.
Test the integration: Perform tests to confirm that Workday can successfully connect to and send files via SFTP To Go.
Launch and schedule transfers: Once testing is successful, activate the integration and schedule the EIB to run at your desired frequency.
Monitor and troubleshoot: Regularly monitor the data transfers for any issues and adjust settings as necessary to maintain smooth operations.
